Carol has over twelve years of experience as a Management Consultant in the UK and across the MENA region and is the co-founder of Alba Partners, a management consulting firm based across the UK and Middle East markets. Alba Partners works with companies to deliver transformation and change, putting clients at the centre of everything, focusing on delivering impactful outcomes and driving sustainable change.

In addition to running Alba Partners, Carol is a Director and Advisor for Alba Lifestyle & Hospitality. Carol brings structure, consulting frameworks, and years of client- facing experience to ensure Alba Lifestyle & Hospitality can deliver the vision and objectives for each client.

Carol has Prior to establishing Alba Partners, Carol spent 11 years at top-tier consulting firm Accenture, leading complex and large-scale transformation projects with FTSE 100 companies in the financial, hospitality, travel and retail sectors. Carol has also gained valuable experience in the financial services sector whilst working as an Analyst for Goldman Sachs. Carol holds a first-class master's degree in Business from the University of Edinburgh.

Carol is also the founder of a boutique grocery concept (Neighbours Market) with two outlets in Dubai. She also sits on the Board of Directors for a Hospitality recruitment start-up, Coconut Jobs.
